We want to include everyone in barbecuing.  We've found that there are plenty of strong opinions about what is and what isn't BBQ, barbeque, barbecue or just plan Q.  Grilled or smoked.  Charcoal, gas or infrared grills.  Wood, charcoal, gas or electric smokers.  Served wet or dry.  No matter how you define it, we're all about creating premium quality smoked meats and delicious sides.
